Jake at one computer, Lin at another computer in a different room.

Jake while typing: I’m looking for a cute girlfriend!

Lin while typing: Me! I’m perfect for you!

Jake while typing: Okay, tell me about yourself.

Lin while typing: I’m extremely rich! I’m really popular too.

Claire walking towards Jake: What are you doing?

Jake says quickly and loudly: I’m just checking my email!

Claire: Oh…okay. But stop sending emails to girls or else. Claire walks away from Jake

Jake while typing: I’m that handsome type and I play at least five different sports.

Bobby walks in and says to Lin: Lin, what are you doing?

Lin to Bobby: Uhh, nothing. Go away.

Lin while typing: Oh really? I want to become a model. I’m a dancer right now.

Jake while typing: Hey, let’s meet at Café Munoz!

Lin while typing: Okay. At noon.

Claire to Jake: Come on! You promised to take me to the movies!

Bobby to Lin: Hurry up! I need the computer.

Scene 2

Jake enters café

Waiter: Good afternoon, sir.

Jake: I’m meeting a friend here. I think we reserved table 6.

Waiter: Oh! She’s already here. How long have you known each other?

Jake: Not very long…

Waiter: Oh really!

Jake: Um, can we go to my table?

Waiter: Oh sure, please come this way.

Both exit

Scene 3

Waiter shows Jake to table 6

Lin: Looks at Jake

Jake Is about to sit down, confused.

Lin: Excuse me, I think you have the wrong table.

Waiter: Do we? Oh no, we don’t. Table 6!

Lin: Oh…okay. Have a seat.

Waiter: sits down Alright!

Jake: glaring at Waiter Not you!

Waiter: Oh, sorry. starts to leave Oh wait! What can I get for you two?

Lin: Coke for me.

Waiter: Turns to Jake How about you?

Jake: shakes head

Waiter: Are you sure?

Jake: glares

Waiter: slowly backs away and exits

Lin: You look nothing like what you said.

Jake: Same to you.

Both Lin and Jake: looking around at café So…

Claire: Walks by…does a double take. Is shocked. Julio??!!

Jake: Covers face

Lin: Your name is Julio??!!

Claire: I can’t believe this. walks closer to Jake. You told me you had to go to your grandma’s!

Jake: Well… I did…kinda…

Claire: All week you’ve been acting funny.

Waiter: walks by Can I help you guys?

Everyone: No!

Waiter: Sits down with them

Claire: I’m tired of your games Julio. I think we’re over for good.

Jake: But Claire!

Claire: Good bye Julio.

All exit

Scene 4

Bobby: Guess what Mom!

Mom: What?

Bobby: Lin met some guy online and he already had a girlfriend.

Lin: Hey how’d you find out?

Bobby: coughs Read your diary.

Lin: You jerk!

Bobby: It was on the floor…

Lin: So??

Bobby: You should have put it away.

Mom: Bobby, you shouldn’t snoop around. And Lin you’re grounded.

Bobby: Yes! Finally!

Scene 5

Bobby: So Lin finally got grounded after all those times she got me grounded. As for “Jake” does quotation marks with fingers he lost his girlfriend Claire and never saw Lin again. I guess they should have just been honest with each other!
