Day by day I go through life,
Not knowing what I want.
Sometimes I feel happy, all smiles, all cheers.
Sometimes I feel sad, all frowns, all tears.
At times I laugh at the littlest joke.
And at times I cry at the littlest things, ready to choke.
I sometimes dream of dying peacefully in my sleep…never to wake.
Then again something keeps me going, although I feel like I’m about to break.
I’ve always wondered what I’m waiting for.
Is it wealth? Is it love? Is it for fame to knock on my door?
It’s ironic who life can be…
How I love him but he doesn’t love me.
When I’m feeling down I always take a deep breath.
I have to find the answer…must find it before my death.
